They make so much noise! And the border of the nest is so high that we don't see the other eggs

Monday morning brings three little heads.      

Last night when I went to bed it was almost day light and I tried to wait to see if there was one more but the image was not good at all and couldn't understand.

They eat all very well. Even the youngest gets the fish very quickly

Tuesday morning in Estonia -- still 3 chicks and an egg; but the egg seems to have a larger hole in it, so maybe there will be 4 by evening.

4 chicks!!! It was a hurried storklet  
I'm glad that they are not so different in size

I saw the video. It's quite violent but it's nature... A question of survival

yes, it was hard to look, but there was seen, that this mother bird had own sure thought...

 I feared this would happen when all four eggs hatched, but I thought the little one would have been done away with sooner.  I still worry that the nest is not big enough for three.

Looks like they are already starting to grow their black feathers.

they are growning very quickly, maybe they get more food now to grow so quick-because good warm days does not last for a long time....

Yesterday was raining a lot. What is good because the feathers grow much quickly with the rain.




At first I only saw 2 and was wondering if something bad happened. Actually there was an attack from a goshawk to one of the adults so now they stay more time with the chiks.

Today. Trying to stand up. They are really funny

me seems yesterday evening then they already was soft and fluffy -one of them tried to stand

The rain is really making the black feathers visible.

It is another rainy day for them.



But it eventually stopped.

today and tomorrow are rainy day's, from wednesday again sun will shining

btw. i haven't hear before that rain helps grow feathers
