Alataguse Bear Cam 2013

The bear is there! And a raccoon dog! And some other small animals in the back: maybe other RD, or pigs?

Hi Bisky! Yesterday they were a lot of time around. I think it was 2 of them

Cool! I haven't watched much this cam but in Lk they have several pics of bears

Two big bears at the moment 19.15.
Raven are warning so loud that even the bears
looked up!

Hello, in LK on page 63, this afternoon Pinkeluza
has made a movie with the bear and the sounds of
many, many flying grus, cranes!
The bear is lifting the lid of the hole what also makes
a noise at about 4.30 and the real sound of the
cranes is at 5.03 till the end ...
Enjoy it!  Those beautiful and mysterious birds!

Now everything is dark and its getting darker earlier...

Bear cam is off! And I think that this usually is the cam that goes to our pigs

It can never be too soon for the pig cam.

Well, Ergee, some of your luck in finding a bear at this cam seems to have rubbed off on me.  Not only have I finally seen my first bear this season, but there was also a cuckoo singing in the distance.

Wow! Lucky you! I checked the cam maybe one hour ago and it was raining... Now it's totally dark

There appears to be food left for them, but I can't tell what it is with the black and white camera. I know it is not carrots!

When the bear was trying to open the metal plate and started
eating you could hear some bees or wasps...I guess there is
some honey mixed with other stuff.
We could ask Manning or how was his name??
The bear started growling softly and whining and after some
minutes left...

Whatever it is the bear was eating, the raccoon dog certainly enjoys it, too.  It might very well be honey, Ergee, because he/she seems to be licking rather than chewing.
