Two more new cubs whose mother had been hit by a car.

The bear is there   

Awww, you caught him standing!   

Last year I caught one climbing a tree.
He (or she) is still there
Do you remember if cubs were seen last year?

I do not remember any cubs last year. But there were boars and raccoon dogs last year that I have not seen yet.

The bear passed by again and closed the light. Maybe he went home?

 

At CT 20.30 this bear was there, came from the right side in the background.
For more than an hour I could not log in at LLL..that made me soooo nervous...I thought I had lost the connection with  our LLL forever and could nobody ask what was the matter.... Let that never, never happen!

These three yearlings at the Virginia Wildlife Center are resting up for their big day on Friday.  
They will be released together back into the wild so they can be real bears again.

This gentleman seemed to be very curious to know
what kind of tasty snacks the bears may have in their store cupboard.
But honestly: I did not see him taste or steal a piece
of it....

A furry with the cuckoo singing in the distance.    I am always surprised at how light it is so late in the evening.

The pig was curious and went to "check" the RD

Beautiful....a really big one ! And a bit older I think..but I don't know anything about bear-bodies!

Interesting article.  I was getting ready to shut down my computer for the night when I saw these two.  I assumed they were searching for breakfast--but maybe not!   
I wonder if these bears are the dark coated and light coated couple they described in the article?

It seems to strange to me that it is not totally dark at almost 3:00 in the morning!  They don't show up very well in a still picture, but there is a bear on the left and a furry on the right moving around.

Yesterday in the end of the afternoon there were 3 or 4 furries. They made so much noise that I turned off the cam.
Days are getting longer in Estonia: we are approaching the 21st June. At Kasmu there is already midnight sun (or at least midnight day)

It has been a while since I have seen a bear here.

I haven't seem them for a while. But also didn't have much time to watch the cam
