easy cake by estonian way:
first you need to bake biscuit and cut it in half:

then little juice to biscuits


and to both half get curd:

and of cource bananaslices!
then you can put half's together and top goes curdcream and...kiwis and chocolate and voilaa

Actually I like kiwi but I´m quite allergic to it - so no way to eat it....

Slice some big strawberries.... close your eyes and imagine GREEEEEN - you will be amazed how similar they taste

if i could be choice,then strawberries would be on the cake,but now is not us big tasty fresh strawberries
