Re: Ricky´s hut
In case I might not be online for some time within the next 1 or 2 weeks:
My computer is likely to break very soon. It is heating up so much that you can hardly touch its underside and once or twice per hour it turns off automatically. It´s just a matter of time that some electonic part will melt
And the computer in the office didn´t like a cup of coffee and the keyboard is not working properly anymore.
2 new computers are already ordered

Oh boy!!!
What about taking the keyboard from the heated one and use that with the office puter??? Maybe a solution until the new computers arrive???
I hope that all your files are safe..............??

Almost impossible with HP laptops You need special tools (that I don´t have) and then take everything apart - you cannot just remove the keyboard itself. Inside the computer there is a number of signs and arrows that tell you what screws you need to remove depending on which part you want to check/remove... Sort of a labyrith, even for experts - at least that is what an acquainted computer expert said...

Laptops can be difficult yes...... Somehow I thought that you had PC's....
Do you have an "oldfashion" keyboard somewhere? That one you can connect via USB to the laptop as well as an external mouse.

Finally new computers are installed!!
Things were getting worse and worse (computer often turned off after only a few minutes so that is was hardly possible to get any work done - and I actually had a lot of work to do )

Re: Ricky´s hut
By April 1st many of my pics will be gone on the forum. Imageshack has decided to reduce the maximum number of pics to 500 (and I have uploaded more than 1200), so they will delete more than 700 of which many are posted on the forum... I have them in my files so they won´t be gone completely but still...
I created a new imageshack account for another 500 pics for the future

Not that much work as I won´t upload all those pics again.
If anybody of you misses certain ones and wants me to re-upload them I will do that. But I won´t spend days on replacing hundreds of pics...

Re: Ricky´s hut
I noticed that imageshack is again deleting some pics. Seems that those are mainly pics of dead animals. Might be that some people were offended by them so that they were deleted...
So, again: If anyone wants certain pics to be restored, just tell me. I have them im my files...
