Snow fall???? At +3C ????? Someone has not been reading up, as far as I know it needs to be subzero temps for snow Where is OPHIOPHAGUS??? - Page 31 Icon_study

Seems not to be possible, but snow has so many types: wet snow, dry snow: temperatures in the sky far below 0 degrees, water that comes down as snow and melts after having reached the ground when themperature there is above 0 degrees...
Snow by plus degrees is not so seldom seen.. When it is freezing strongly and very cold it is like powder...

I'm capable to distinguish between snow, sleet, ice, hail and other phenomenons of water falling out of clouds depending of the temperature there where it develops...

It can snow even when temperature on the ground is not below zero!
