went to have my dressings done - Dr said i need antiboitics - infection. going back on friday . . . but i can walk around ok.

i dont like gumboots - hard to put on and off - i wear covered garden shoes with socks on in winter time - jandals in summer or when its dry and warm.

try internet - freecycle - ask for what you need - you might be lucky?

YUP im still a live and kickin.

the floods here in south cali USA have gotten pretty bad. just 2 blocks a way. we have NO ROADS and most the houses have been washed a way OR have comlapsed. lol kinda sucks. we have had 4 stormes back to back. i live in the high deasert area. oo victorville applevally area. not far form big bear where a few years ago the fires took out most the mountain. they are being evacuated do to land slides.
monday i made it over the pass JUST barly in time as the land slides took out the 2 cars going in the oposet drirection from me. luckly for me i was on the other side of the road and missed it. i made it home PRAISE GOD!!. yesterday i had a heck of a time geting to the store. as like i said most the roads are washed away. lol
we are expecting one more storm comeing in this week end. they say it will be worst then any of the other 4 we have had combined i refused to let the kids go to school yesterday do to the storms just didnt seem safe for them. last night the super called us all and cansled school the rest of the week. said the busses are being washed a way at the stops. they dont think its safe for the kids. i guess they figor if the rushin waters can move busses that maybe they could wash away the kids too. "yeah DUH" they just figor this one out. lol and to think we let them teach our kids?

any way so far as for our home we live more so on the uper hill like area of the little neghbor hood. so far we have had some flooding in the yards. but nothing to horable bad. we have lost our fences to the 60-80 mph winds. but still not to bad. we are BLESSED.

the little chruch around the corner form us seems to be growing a lake .... this i fear will soon over flow very soon in the next strome. im sure it will come rushing down our street. how ever i THINK so long as it dont get cloged up will rush down the other side of the street. HOPEFULY missing our house. well see. i guess. soon.

last night we started with some thunder and lighting. few days early we had a large amount of snowfall to top all this drama off with. though it didnt stay long and melted a way with in a few hours. SNOWFLAKES the size of dollar bills. LOL huge GIANT snow flakes. ti was soo AWSOME.

It is really terrible and hard to understand what happens there, but
CNN talked about it too.
On Google Earth you can easy find Victorville and Applevalley,
South California, it is not a plain area, at least hills or mountains..

mm its more of a desert hun. hence why the rains are soo destructive to us. we just cant soke up this much water this fast. so it tends to flash flood.

we do need the rain so its not all so bad. but just soo much at one time is realy hard for the land to handle.

so far so good, nothing to bad sence last post. just some sprinkles here and there. i let the kids out as we got a little sun shine. to day. so i let them out for a little fresh air. lol they came back OVERED in mud. one lost a shoe.

i KNOW i told them not to go out to the field they know now i guess that mommy knows what she is talkin about LOL
