Yes, I think so. The light green dots are birches and the dark green are spruces and pines. There are so many of them - this summer we have tocut some down again to get some more light into the yard.... They grow really fast!!

This yard is not really suitable for growing vegetables... It is woodland and has the wrong PH (rhododendrons would love it ) But of course we have a little vegetable patch where we have brought better compost. And I have my greenhouse for tomatoes and cucumbers

Yes, the front of the house faces north. In summer it is lovely because we have evening sun. But this time of the year the hill and forest behind the house does not let much sunlight in during the morning hours.

It is water dripping from the tree branches. For the first time we have had a night with temperatures OVER 0C - it has been raining too.AllyKass wrote:its cracking there

Yes... and now all the branches and old leaves, that have been shaken off the trees because of all the severe storms we have had this winter, are starting to show - it looks ugly ( and I can see dog poops too )AllyKass wrote:and snow is melting
I want the snow to melt fast now and the ground to dry up enough for me to start raking.
But... this morning I heard a Blackbird singing

Re: CAYSA's BIRDHOUSE CAM
No There just has not been any birds around, because of the rainy weather maybe - and I took the opportunity to do some updates on my computer. When the camera is running it takes up a lot of memory so certain things would take ages to be done.AllyKass wrote:camois offline again......is there made problems that melting snow????

It has stopped raining while I was in Helsinki with Anna.
