Tonight the Red Deer are very close and roaring enormous!

A cautious fox listened too and carefully looked for something to eat...found nothing and left  close along the edge of the wood  to the right side.

Great pictures.  I usually just find an empty feeding ground so I am glad that others are having better luck.  I do enjoy hearing the boys in the distance though.

The video player on my computer seems to be refreshing every few seconds.  Is that just my computer, or is it the webcam?  Is this happening to anyone else?

Same happens to my pc, it even seems to be so
that the loud sounds the Deer make sometimes have a bad
influence on the cam.. But in spite of that I love to hear and see this cam!
I still think that the space in front of the cam is not wide and flat enough for them to run and fight.
And as they hardly eat during the rutting season they won't come for som apples or potatoes.
And there are no galleries for the public.....


Now my Indonesian meal is being delivered...I hear the bell and close now
to enjoy this food!

Besides the pigs, and the (almost) invisible red deer, we have
I think it is a marten (these was on the same day of the pigs)

And a fox (maybe the one from Ergee's pic)


and a badger


I think that they are many times near the cam, lots of times we hear noises near the cam and this time the badger appeared

This video stream is very "heavy". Many times I have to turn it down to open other internet pages.
The image usually is ok but the sound sometimes is hiccupping

Because of the asian fever it is not permitted to feed boars between the 1st October and the 30th April

I'm afraid we won't have the pig feeding ground cam this year...  
Maybe Okaskera knows much about this? The news are terrible (there are more 2 articles about this)

 I cannot imagine getting through the winter without Mait and our pigs!

And even here they will stop to cam if there is no food...
Maybe Mait's pig are one of the exception but I don't believe

It seems that some apples are on the floor. Pigs are there and eating them

Yes, the gentleman and the blue car were there and he
threw lots of apples on the ground.
And now a badger is there...

And I still hope that we will see Mait and all his guests coming
in Ilmatsalu in some weeks!  I still think there is a positiv chance!

A very young buck visited early in the evening.

So cute

Finally a hay delivery (and some new apples in the feeder)...but no deer.

A visit from the pigs!

2 very small deer (roe deer?) earlier this night. One close to the hay, the other in the back. They didn't stay long.
I couldn't understand if they were male or female. The image is downgraded so it's more difficult to see

A big one passed by but I didn't had time to see which one was


Now I don't have image

The scenario was changed! A new bunch of hay and the was moved/rotated.


Some pigs were there earlier and have been there for a while
