Eagle winter feeding ground camera 2013
The cam seems to operate, at least the sound is working. It is dark now so the pic is only grey shadows.... The moon is full so if the skies clear up we might see something.

AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
Yes, of course it is private!! But that should mean that those who have the address (which you have as I have posted it inside the link that gives the direct video) can see it. I am not at all happy with youtube nowadays - so many changes there and no real explanations either.

Thanks! It is nice to see that some furries are out and moving around. I do miss seeing them on the boar webcam.

Re: Eagle winter feeding ground camera 2013
It has been very cold, which is one reason that they don't show up. And I think that really healthy furries would sleep through the cold. The ones with mange or some other condition probably need food more often
I have noticed that since before Christmas I have not seen or heard a single furry around our home. Last season Juha trapped just 2 of them and both were really healthy looking. Well, he actually did trap a third one but that one was too strong - it actually escaped from the trap by bending the wire netting until it broke
So not seeing the furries during mid winter seems to me a sign of a healthy population, that perhaps is not too big either....

Re: Eagle winter feeding ground camera 2013
Hello Ergee!
I can see them walking around! The moon certainly lights up the countryside -- I was surprised that it was not totally dark there. They certainly are exploring the area! I am glad that you are up late tonight to share pictures.

Interesting place but it makes you feel soooo alone...and those strange
sounds there also not make it better..
I 've had enough pc now, in the afternoon I was at Donna's place and
now I'll say, a bit late: good night!

Re: Eagle winter feeding ground camera 2013
Between 11.30 am and 12.30 pm I saw this poor, poor fox at the eaglescam. It is terrible and hurts to see such sick animals without being able to help them.. stop this useless suffering :no matter how! In this case being shot means heaven for this poor creature!
The birds, of course, picked in his poor and almost bare tail but even the birds were not too aggrassiv..He could do nothing to defend himself.
Fox got a bit of food and then wanted to leave..hardly could walk and
had to stop to scratch his itching body. And than tried to get away
again...
