GREAT VIDEO!! I especially like the close-ups of the Raccoon Dogs!!

I think the picture shakes surprisingly little (taking into account that you didn´t use a tripod).

Okaskera, that video is really fantastic! To see the boars and raccoon dogs so close and in real height..as if they are looking in your face! What was the snoring sound?
Was there someone with you who was sleeping and snoring a bit?
Is the hide now perfect or do you still have to finish some things??
Thank you and please go on making and showing video's! It is really wonderful, shaking of the camera was not important at all!
Can the animals hear or see or smell you? Are you making the video's through glass or open parts in the wall?

LOL, that snoring is big boars suspecting sound. This is year old sound, because that night i maked that video was too windy and i didnt got good real sound. :D
If i will scream in hide, they will hear me indeed but i can quietly talk with phone in it. They cant see or smell me ofcourse. Video isnt trough glass but it isnt open too, maybe someone will translate it (seal on paksust fliisist "varukad" millest saab objektiivi läbi panna) to avoid them to get humans smell. And there ofcourse is small real windows too, just for looking.
Yes, the hide is ready but i make some very little changes to make it even better for video and photographing.
So, you all are welcome to look all those animals in real life too from veeeery close :D and being safe.

That would be wonderful...but again: it is too far from my home!
But we all can, and dare, see your video's..that is great and I am very thankful for that: who else has friends that can show us such interesting animals...only we, members of LLL!

Wow, the video was great! I love that sound the pigs make when eating.

Now we have experienced the view that Peep gets at Cam2 when he sits among the eaters. (Although I am not sure I want to experience the smell up close.)

Yes, indeed! I think I would also try it but only with Peep and a
long warm bath with a lot of bathlotion, Chanel nr. 5, immediately after coming home!!!!
I love those video's and will save up for a helicopter.. there must be
wide open fields to land....(in the snow)! And Caysa knows exactly where
it is....and in the hide you will not smell so much of the boars!

Oops! Did anyone see who did it and when?



Edit: I checked over in LK's forum and someone said that the three young pigs did it and Ame has a video of the fox. I really missed everything tonight ( I hope that I don't get fired from the night shift--I would hate to be unemployed.)

The furries

The system to get pictures from the hide is a hole in the wall that has like a sleeve of thick fleece where the objective goes.

Heh Lady´s, at the winter there is no any smell if you dont put your nose directly into boars coat or "nest" that they making for sleeping.
The feeding ground smells much more at spring or autumn when its wet and full of old grain and other stuff like that.

cool video! furries are more furry and there was this bad neck fur furry, too. boars seemed more hairy, too. and now they seems used already with hide with sleeves:)

That was what I thought too, not Mait's posture at all - but something similar about the face only. When he walked it was like his feet weighed a ton each.....

What would the boars do with this Austrian birdshouse?
An old friend of mine in Leutasch, 82 years old Hannes, made it for me. Very precisely and identical to
the barns where they park their machines like tractor aso. Geräteschuppen , Ricky what is it called in English, do you know?
Here it was never standing in the rain, I keep it safe inside..such a nice memory!
