This could be sea-otters. They eat lying on their back in the water their
food, fish or open shells in that way. Internet has lots of pictures conc.
them, also youtube: otters holding hands...

Murotaikina in Finnish - short crust dough in English.
Ok - butter, sugar, flour and sometimes an egg

Short crust dough is close -- we call them short bread cookies and they are among my favorites. (Actually, I cannot think of a cookie that is not among those that I love to eat!) I am sure that those cute little sea otters would enjoy them, too.
