today actually is first spring day, happy spring to all of you!

Those "official" seasons - somehow I find them funny

...December is autumn?? We usually have quite a lot of snow in December...
...September is summer?? The trees have their autumn colours...

How can spring last until midsummer?? The word midsummer suggest that it is in the middle of summer...

Anyway - nice that the official spring has started.

We also have -3 and we got even more snow today with the very strong wind.
No sign of spring yet - but I keep hoping....

We had a wonderful sunny, warm spring for three days this week; but we had very strong winds all night long, and today the temperature is just above freezing and snow is expected Friday and Saturday.

It is raining, it is cold, it is windy - it is so dark that you need the lights on inside
On all cams the weather seems to be the same, the birds in their nest look miserable. Does anyone have a better weather??

I am no sun bather at all but today I am thinking of how lovely it would be to be with Crista and her family in Parga, Greece...
