She needed a new one - sha has had my old phone for a long time now.
We knew that she wants to be able to read her emails and use internet even when she is not at home. And she wanted a good camera too.
She has been talking about a new phone for quite some time.
Still she was so very surprised when she got it.

No, she did not ask for it, she was planning that when she has enough money one day - this is what she would like to have

This evening she called me and said: Guess what, I can even make phone calls with this one

Juha has had the same phone for a while when he tested it for the parliament. Without instructions I could not find out how to make a phone call I even found the GPS maps before Now he is testing yet another Nokia that has touch screen - I have not even tried to use it
