Eagle Owl cam

There is a new cam, with an Eagle Owl.

For now there is a slight problem the cam has no night light and the owls, as you know, are not much active during day light. Maybe they will fix it someday...

It is possible that the former White tailed eagle cam turns into na Eagle owl cam
At least the eagles choosed another nest this year (they usual have 2 or 3 nests for cleaning purposes) and na eagle owl has been seen here

Interesting--I am used to owls nesting in a hollow tree.  Eagle owl is totally new to me.  Sadly, I have had a hard time watching this nest in the past because it would sway so much in the wind--makes me a little dizzy.

I think eagle owls are too big for holes in trees. I didn't follow this nest, only went there from time to time
