OMG It's a labrador!!! How typical - they do find anything and everything to eat!! Last weekend our labs found the backbone of a WTD and happily brought it to us We tried to tell them to just leave it and walk on - but no - they went back to it time after time! Finally Juha had to throw it into a fur tree There it probably still sit on a branch

Mysterious...could this be a carcass?

Strange...I'm expecting to hear wolves howl but there are no wolves but
sounds of howling wind..sometimes like coming from very far away and
then coming closer with a threatening sound...like waves on a wild dark
sea. And mingling with other noises...

Dracula could be here..searching for something he was so close to in the past... He lost it this night and is
somewhere here, eagerly seeking for it...maybe he left a kind of hide without shutting the door.. a half open window can be heard, now and then rattling in the wind.
Maybe even the wolves don't want to come in this spooky field...they
can feel the unknown danger.....
Maybe we know more when daybreak comes....if it comes!

how many cold you had and have now?
the i went to work in the early morning....in us it was 19 °C, but the other ülaces in estonia it was surely colder...and i read in finland theu say it may be 40 ° C...prrrr

Yes, somewhere im Kuusamo they had -43
We had -24 in the morning and during the day it went up to -21.
Today is only -20C

I just came home... now we have -25
Too cold to do anything outside. And the air is so very dry... it almost hurts to breathe.

Here it is extremely dry too..and then you start coughing and coughing and...so on! In the sittingroom the humidifier runs and uses liters of
water but it seems not help a lot. Wet towels on the radiators of the cv...and yet it is too dry !

I wonder if anyone has heard about wolves at this eagle feeding ground? I don't think they are here.... It would be cool to see them on the cam of course.
