And look on page 6 - there is even a video when Koit brought his first frog to Eha
I was so happy this morning when I opened the cam and both saw and heard them

This morning, before 7 am, one eagle doing a little nest work but mostly waiting for the other one to show up....
I cant say who this is..... when do we learn to tell them apart???

i remember that koit was smaller than eha..and had koit especial eye stripe?

Thats right!!! It was something like a lighter stripe by the eye, yes....
we need to watch them together!!!

Interesting night sounds - now some dogs are barking to each other
But earlier, just after it became dark, I could hear the eagles talk to each other
They are not in the nest but very close by.

Nestbuilding is in full swing - they seem to work there early mornings.

Koit is working real hard !!!

This was the second time I saw them mate

then will eggs there soon in nest

I think so too!!!

A little bird visited... Seems to be some kind of leaf-warbler (Phylloscopus) - probably a Chiffchaff (Phylloscopus collybita)

Woot, TG there was no eagles home - it would have become breakfast perhaps

Finally I saw Eha again... I have heard the birds but not seen them for 2 days...

Eha seemed very uneasy somehow....

They mated!

Just landed and calling...



Sitting now and maybe waiting?? Many birds are singing!

More at ease now, taking a nap?

Eha spent her first night in the nest

She was there early in the morning too - I think we are going to see eggs soon....

Both birds brought something for the nest




Koit left Eha to do the improvement




She was not thrilled but did it...

Finally Eha had enought too and jumped to the "balcony"

Eha was so funny! She brought a new twig, but it had a difficult shape. sort of a "V".... It is really hard to find a suitable place for it

And more....

I wonder.....
The eagles were in the nest in the morning.... but somehow they are not that eager....
Can they be looking for a new nest?? The BS nest is also in Jögevamaa, not too far away if I remember correctly...
Maybe it WAS Eha that we saw visiting there?? (The LSE had been visiting again yesterday according to LK)
