It was a woman and a man in the car - I had time to watch them while they were next to us in the traffic lights. They were around 30 years old. The woman was driving and the man was looking at a big map

A mopedcar is registered as a moped, you know this motorcycle looking vehicle that young boys (and old men) drive, mostly in the countryside here. You can start driving at 15 and the rules that apply for a moped apply for the mopedcar too.
I think it is EU regulated that mopedcars must have this HUGE orange/red warning triangel, similar to what tractors and other slow wehicles have. These mopedcars have become very popular in Finland at least - especially girls want them. Nicer to have a roof over your head so that hairdo and makeup dont get spoiled as on a normal moped
