Anyone here that understands Spanish???

Post by caysa on Wed Apr 14, 2010 8:03 am

I so want to make this tart but I am not sure of the ingredients...
The filling is the most important. She has eggs, sugar, kiwis, butter (is it???) and then something that she adds in at the end? starch?? or flour?? And how much of each ingredient?
And how hot should the oven be??
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Actually I have another registration there HAHA, but as an admin I know how easy it is to see the IP address.... One should have to go somewhere else and post them

And what user name is your 2nd one?? Clotta??

On other forums some people have several user names and talk with themselves by changing from one user name to another Or if they want to insult somebody they just take another user name. No admin notices (or wants to notice).

About the tart:
The basis is pre-prepared, the mould is 8 to 9"

2 kiwis cutted
4 eggs
1 bowl? of sugar
8 oz of cream cheese
2 spoons of wheat flour

She mixes first the cheese, the sugar and the kiwis
Then adds the eggs one by one
And finally the flour (it seems that she only uses it when kiwis have too much water)

The mould is grassed.
The oven at 350 degrees (is it possible?)
And then 30 to 35 minutes at the oven.

She serves it cold.

I hope that everything is oK but sometimes it was hard to understand due to the noise

Wow, Garina!! That is perfect!!!
that "bowl" must mean 1 cup (240 ml), as she uses 8 oz (250 gr) as measurment too.
This also explaines the 350 degrees, that is Fahrenheit and equals 175 C.

Tomorrow afternoon I will make this tart, or maybe even two

THANK YOU!!!!

Yes, we are right. It is 1 cup. I didn't remember that measure. She uses all the measures in "english system"
