I tried to see the third one - but mom wouldn't move - I just saw the empty egg half that she tossed! So cool they all made it this far!

They are all still there. The oldest one (which some camera watchers are calling Bruiser) is certainly the boss and does not let the others pop up very often until he/she is totally full!

Yesterday evening, it took both parents to feed the youngsters.

This morning they are up and alert. We do not need a magnifying glass to see them anymore!

On Wednesday 31.03. the eadlets will be banded at 9 am. E.D.T.

Cam will be open and video will be made...

Now, at the moment, there are problems with the cam, they try to repair it.

Just looked on American Eagle cam, cam is on line again.
Banding will be tomorrow at 9 am, EDT (Eastern daylight time)
9 am should be 14 pm in Tallin (I hope) and 15 pm in NL...
Please control that, I'm not sure it is correct!

Caysa, how much is the difference between Helsinki and Tallin??

Hurry, everyone! The equipment is already under the tree and they are getting ready to begin soon.

They use a mechanical lift that almost reaches to the nest height, and climb the rest of the way -- not like our fearless Urmas who climbs up the whole way on his own!

Dad is checking things out nearby.

It is good that you will be able to enjoy a sunny Virginia morning . There should be a running explananation of what it happening along the right side of the screen.

This is where they will bring the eaglets to be weighed, measured, and banded. I think they also take a small blood sample so they can track DNA.

I'm still taking screen shots -- I will organize and post them after the eaglets get back in the nest.
