How to UPLOAD and HOST images using "host an image" button
It seems that forumotion boards have an agreement with https://servimg.com .
This is how it goes:
Click on "Host an image" button
This will come up - click on "browse"
Choose the picture that you want to show (from your files)
Click on "Host"
You will get 3 options - I used the second one, seems the best way to me. Click "copy"

You actually do not need to get into your account if you don't want to. But it can be cool to know how to get there if you want to post the pictures somewhere else too.
Of course you can upload pics directly on their page too, it works the same way as any image hosting.
This system will pick your email and username from the forum. You might get an email - Leanne did, I did not .
If you don't get an email you can access your account by going to this address: https://servimg.com
In the box "members" type your email and click "I forgot my password". You will get an email with a password.
Then just login and you will have your pictures there, like this:
